Role Overview:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can strategize, create, and manage compelling digital campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a solid grasp of social media trends, basic editing skills, and experience with tools like Canva, InShot, Premier Pro, and Ad Managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies
  • Create and schedule original, engaging content
  • Run and optimize paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.
  • Design basic creatives using Canva and edit videos/photos for algorithms
  • Build ad funnels to drive reach and conversions
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Engage with communities and manage social media accounts
  • Stay up to date with trends, algorithms & platform updates
  • Collaborate across content and marketing teams
  • Maintain a strategic posting calendar


Requirements:

  • Experience managing multiple social platforms
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, InShot, Premier, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Self-starter mindset with a growth-oriented approach
