JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for supporting daily sales operations, assisting in order management, ensuring customer engagement, and providing valuable market feedback.

1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns through digital, social media, email, and offline channels.

2. Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and track industry trends.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing strategies.

4. Manage social media presence, content creation, and engagement.

5. Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade show participation.

6. Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize strategies.

7. Develop and maintain marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content).

8. Manage marketing expenses as per budget and vendor relationships.

Desirable skills:

  1. 2-4 years of marketing experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. (Preferred MBA)
  3. Past record of successful marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing.
  5. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Master degree in Marketing/Business Managment with around 2-3 years of experienceEducational Qualification:

Graduate/ Post Graduate in Agri or Masters in Agri Business Management.

Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a sales role with a significant portion in B2B sales.

Industry Preferred:

Prior experience in Perishable goods industry or in the FMCG industry.
