Ready to take the lead on performance strategy for fast-growing brands? Themany is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to own strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns across a portfolio of international clients. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll drive growth and lead a high-performance team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and lead full-funnel performance marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Programmatic. Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns to meet client goals (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, etc.). Lead a team of media buyers and analysts; oversee campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.

Design and implement testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate, audience segmentation). Collaborate closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to align messaging and targeting. Provide in-depth analysis and actionable insights through dashboards and regular reporting.

Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools. REQUIREMENTS4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

Strong analytical skills; advanced knowledge of tracking, attribution, and reporting tools. Solid understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and digital growth frameworks. Comfortable presenting to clients and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
