Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team at Exaguru. This role combines sales outreach with hands-on digital marketing execution, perfect for someone passionate about driving business growth through strategic online campaigns and creative content.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Design engaging creatives for social media posts using design tools
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar
• Create compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional content
• Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports

Sales Support

• Generate leads through digital marketing initiatives
• Support the sales team with lead nurturing and follow-ups
• Assist in creating sales collateral and promotional materials
• Identify potential clients through social media and online research
• Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing and sales efforts

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Proven experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Ability to create social media content calendars and maintain posting schedules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
• Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics

Good to Have

• Experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
• Video editing skills
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
• Knowledge of WordPress or website content management

Educational Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Media, or related field
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing (Google Digital Garage, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus
