Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team at Exaguru. This role combines sales outreach with hands-on digital marketing execution, perfect for someone passionate about driving business growth through strategic online campaigns and creative content.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Design engaging creatives for social media posts using design tools
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar
- Create compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional content
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
Sales Support
- Generate leads through digital marketing initiatives
- Support the sales team with lead nurturing and follow-ups
- Assist in creating sales collateral and promotional materials
- Identify potential clients through social media and online research
- Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing and sales efforts
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Proven experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Ability to create social media content calendars and maintain posting schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
- Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics
Good to Have
- Experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
- Video editing skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of WordPress or website content management
Educational Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Media, or related field
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing (Google Digital Garage, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus
