Interior Designer/3D Visualizer/3D Architecture

to join our team in Hyderabad.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Interior Architect, located in Hyderabad. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, interior design, and architecture. They will also oversee interior fit-outs and contribute to interior architecture projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing design plans, collaborating with clients, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

  1. Design & Concept Development

  2. Understand client requirements, preferences, and project scope.

  3. Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.

  4. Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and finishes.

  5. Space Planning & Visualization

  6. Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations using design software.

  7. Optimize layouts for functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics.

  8. Provide accurate measurements and technical drawings for execution.

  9. Project Execution & Coordination

  10. Work closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.

  11. Select materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that meet quality and budget.

  12. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.

  13. Client & Stakeholder Management

  14. Present design concepts and proposals to clients.

  15. Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  16. Ensure designs are completed within timeline and budget constraints.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop.
  • Strong creativity with attention to detail and functionality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
