Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser – Product Development to join Karabi Art Community. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design vision and production reality, collaborating with artisans, suppliers, and the creative team to develop unique, high-quality art and decor products. This role demands strong coordination skills, an eye for aesthetics, and a passion for handcrafted excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research market trends, materials, and techniques to inspire new product lines.

· Collaborate with designers and artisans from concept to final sampling.

· Source and negotiate with vendors for quality materials and competitive pricing.

· Maintain development calendars and track progress against deadlines.

· Conduct quality checks and approve samples before production.

· Prepare documentation for designs, costs, and specifications.

· Liaise with production to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Product Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

· 2–4 years' experience in product development or merchandising (Art, craft, or decor, Hard Woods, preferred).

· Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and artisan techniques.

· Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD, design software knowledge.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

· Detail-oriented, creative, and quality-conscious.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
