Job Description

: Sr. Power Platform Developer Power Platform Governance Your skills and experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Deep understanding of platform architecture, connectors, licensing, and security models.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, especially Azure Active Directory and Azure Monitor.
  • Experience in implementing DLP policies, environment strategies, and role-based access controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Investment Banking operations, such as workflow automation, client onboarding, or compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams for day-to-day reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 58 years of experience in application development, with 3 years of focused experience on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of governance tools like CoE Starter Kit, Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, SC-900) are a plus.
  • Experience working with global financial clients or within the BFSI domain.
