We are seeking an
XA Financials expert
to manage and optimize our
Record-to-Report
processes across multiple global entities. This role offers the opportunity to work on a critical financial platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full XA Financials stack – GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets
  • Lead month-end close, sub-ledger reconciliations & audit processes
  • Configure multi-currency, VAT/GST, and statutory ledgers in XA
  • Collaborate with finance controllers & IT teams for enhancements
  • Build Cognos/Power BI dashboards pulling directly from XA financial tables

Qualifications

  • 8+ years XA Financials (IFM & EGL/EFIN) with deep knowledge of ACC* tables & posting flows
  • Strong accounting foundation (CPA/ACCA a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with DB2, RPG/CL, ION, TurnOver
  • Proficiency in Cognos and/or Power BI
