You'll work directly under our Operations Manager to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently across different client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who's highly organized, a fast learner, and wants to build a career in business operations, client servicing, or project management.

Responsibilities

  • Track daily operations across client accounts and internal projects
  • Coordinate with agents, data analysts, and quality teams for deliverables
  • Maintain and update dashboards, SOP trackers, and attendance records
  • Ensure daily task hygiene and reporting discipline is followed
  • Assist in weekly/monthly client reporting and documentation
  • Flag operational issues early and support in resolution
  • Support in onboarding new agents or projects when required

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com/BMS/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and task management tools
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Good with structure, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Willingness to work from our office in Ghatkopar (Mumbai)
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines under guidance

Note:
Salary is fixed and non-negotiable.
Incentives of ₹2,000/month are performance-linked and disbursed quarterly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
