RPA Development Expertise

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle phases: Development, SIT, UAT, and Deployment
  • Ability to assess functional and technical feasibility of automation candidates

Process Analysis & Documentation

  • Experience in creating and managing:

  • Process Definition Documents (PDDs)

  • Solution Design Documents (SDDs)

  • Ability to analyze and document as-is business processes and design to-be automation flows

Automation Design & Build

  • Proficiency in designing automation solutions using standard RPA design principles
  • Skilled in developing efficient, maintainable, and reusable workflows
  • Experience in creating test procedures and UAT scenarios

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Strong development experience in:

  • Browser Automation

  • Windows Automation
  • Surface Automation
  • Mainframe and SAP Automation

  • MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, and Web Services

  • Programming knowledge in:

  • VB.NET and C#.NET

  • Familiarity with HTML, SQL, and VBOs

  • Experience with OCR technologies (e.g., Google OCR, Microsoft OCR)

Deployment & Support

  • Experience in supporting UAT, rollout, and post-deployment phases
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day bot issues
  • Familiarity with change control processes for maintaining existing automations

Certifications & Bonus Skills

  • UiPath Developer or Professional Certification (preferred)
  • Exposure to Blue Prism (added advantage)

Collaboration & Communication

  • Experience working with process owners and business stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills
