About the role

Creativity meets intelligence. We design the future of AI — visually, interactively, and emotionally. As our Creative Designer, you'll shape how people see and feel AI: through interfaces, apps, campaigns, and storytelling that connect technology with humans.

You'll work side by side with our UX/UI, motion, and AI teams — creating designs that live across web applications, mobile apps, digital platforms, and product ecosystems for European clients. What you'll do

· Design end-to-end visuals for digital products and experiences — from web apps and dashboards to marketing campaigns and product animations.

· Translate AI concepts and complex data into clear, emotional, and interactive visual stories.

· Collaborate closely with UX, UI, and Marketing teams to align creative direction with product and brand strategy.

· Develop and maintain brand systems, component libraries, and motion design patterns.

· Create stunning static, motion, and interactive assets for web, social, and product environments.

· Experiment with AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Spline, etc.) to push creative innovation.

· Ensure visual consistency across platforms, languages, and cultural contexts in the European market.

What we're looking for

· 3–7 years of experience in digital, product, or creative design (agency or product environment).

· Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects (or similar motion tools).

· Experience designing for web and mobile applications, dashboards, or SaaS interfaces.

· Bonus: knowledge of 3D or animation tools like Blender, Lottie, or Rive.

· Understanding of European design aesthetics, typography, and minimalism.

· A portfolio that shows creativity, structure, and impact — from concept to final design.

· Fluent in English, with great visual storytelling and collaboration skills.
