Technical Writer

We are looking for a technical writer for our client (Datacenter Business) based out of Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Technical Writer, you will:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all product workflows and configurations tailored to each customer environment.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Create user manuals, installation guides, deployment guides, API documentation, walk-through videos and other technical materials.
- Ensure all documentation is current with the latest product features and updates.
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand technical aspects of our products and translate them into clear, concise documentation.
- Assist in developing templates and standards for technical documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provide documentation support during customer onboarding and implementation phases.
- Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in using popular technical documentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience years) as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology focused environment.
Job Type: Full Time/Regular Work from Office in Delhi.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
