Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in online marketing strategies, social media management, SEO, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, proactive, and able to contribute innovative ideas to our digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience segmentation.
  • Support influencer marketing and brand collaboration activities.
  • Research and stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or any basic design tool is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Stipend ₹5000-₹10000/Month + Certificate + Offer Letter ( Depending Upon Performance)
  • Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹200000 to ₹400000 /yearStipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will receive a performance-linked incentive (2% of project cost).

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
