Role & responsibilities

Ensuring high responsiveness to customers problems. Act in their best interest by providing timely and qualitative

resolution to their issues.

  • Gold Loan new customer acquisition.
  • No revenue leakages while processing Gold Loans
  • Maintenance of relevant registers / Vouchers
  • Minimising Operational errors / Prevention of frauds
  • Ensure there are no Interest outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days
  • Ensure NIL Renewals pending / outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days.
  • Systematic calling of all NTB customers on Gold Loan and
  • Generate referrals for GL (with at least 8 conversions per month)
  • Generate 5 referrals a month for Other Bank products.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential requirement: 1 year of relevant work experience

Preferred: 2-3 Yrs exp. In Gold Loan

Essential requirement: Graduation
