Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead with an experience of min 7 years in cross domain

market research and consulting to oversee our research team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for the end-to-end management of client reports, from the initial query and sample

request to the final delivery. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in market research,

strong leadership skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. The Team Lead will not only

manage team productivity, ensure report conversion targets are met, act as a mentor for junior

members, and represent the team in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Team Leadership and Management:

o Lead and mentor a team of 10 to 20 market research analysts and associates,

fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

o Monitor and manage team productivity to ensure all targets for sample, query, and

report completion are met.

o Provide training and ongoing guidance to junior team members.

o Maintain team discipline and a positive work environment, as reflected in feedback

from HR and management.


• Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

o Actively participate in client calls, representing the team and the company.

o Lead post-sale calls to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.

o Convert initial client queries and sample requests into comprehensive reports.


• Quality Assurance & Data Integrity:

o Ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality in all report data prepared by the

team.

o Implement and maintain quality control processes for all research outputs.


• Reporting and Analysis:

o Oversee the production of all client reports, from initial draft to final delivery.

o Track and report on the cumulative conversion of queries and sample requests into

completed reports.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience of min 7 years in a market research firm, with a minimum of 4 years in a

senior analyst (or above) role.


• Strong understanding of market research methodologies (value/volume/Pricing/service),

data analysis, and report generation.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client calls and

present complex information clearly. Experience in Primary research is a bonus.


• Demonstrated ability to mentor, monitor, and train team members.


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.


• Proficiency in relevant market research tools and statistics.


• A master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related

discipline.
