Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in
Sadashiv Nagar, Bangalore
, is for a
Clinic Head / Sales Head
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational and sales management of the clinic — ensuring excellence in client care, driving revenue growth, and managing a multidisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, and counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Drive sales performance and achieve clinic revenue targets
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate clinic staff across departments
  • Plan and execute local marketing and client engagement activities
  • Monitor client satisfaction, feedback, and quality assurance
  • Handle financial closures of packages and track KPIs
  • Maintain hygiene, compliance, and premium service standards
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Healthcare, or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in
    sales, clinic, or retail management
    (aesthetics/wellness preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using
    ERP / KEKA / FMS / Zenoti
    is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Passion for the beauty, skin, and wellness industry
