Experience :

Must Have Skills :

l Must have experience in Client and Stakeholder
Management.

l Excellent experience in Team and People
Management as well.

l Must have Coding Certification like CPC/
CCS/ COC/ AHIMA.

Good to Have Skills :

l Strong leadership and team management skills.

l Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

l Proficiency in using operational management tools
and software.

l Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

l Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

l Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

l Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

l Meet all Client Service Level Agreements (deliverables)

l Ensure the team understands client specific training
requirements / needs etc.

l Analyze performance results of the team and implement
process improvements.

l Determine appropriate staff levels and implement
strategies to ensure efficient operations.

l Work with support departments to ensure staffing
strategies are effectively executed.

l Hold team meetings on a regular basis with direct reports.

l Communicate all process and client updates to direct
reports within specific timelines and keep
record for such updates.

l Act as single point contact for the Team Leaders for all
their client and team members related needs and
create a harmonious work environment.

l Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of
each team, including productivity of the team, quality
track absenteeism of the team and encourage team
managers to complete performance appraisal of work
group(s) in accordance with the organization'
s policies and applicable legal requirements.

CTC Range :

15 lpa (lakh per annum)
