Work Mode: 6 Days | WFO

Job Description:

  • End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various domains and technologies
  • Sourcing profiles through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting
  • Screening candidates as per job requirements and conducting initial interviews
  • Coordinating with clients and scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining candidate and client communication throughout the hiring cycle
  • Working on deadlines and meeting recruitment targets
  • Knowledge of current hiring trends in the IT industry

Desired Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with ATS tools is an added advantage
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and target-oriented attitude
