We are looking for an Assistant to Company Secretary (CS) to support our compliance and secretarial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

# Preparation of ROC forms, Statutory Registers

# Drafting of Minutes, Notices, Resolutions.

# Liaise with regulatory authorities like ROC, Depository etc

# Support in corporate governance and compliance matters.

Requirements:

# CS Executive/drop out having minimum experience of 2-3 years.

# Good knowledge of corporate laws & compliance.

# Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹68,287.34 per month
