Profile - Sales Intern

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion: Contact leads provided by the company through the provided calling software and convert them into Loans.
2. Meeting Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, including the successful completion of OJT .
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of Loans.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations related to insurance sales.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Willingness to complete the 30-day OJT successfully. - Ability to work independently from a home office. - Proficient with the provided calling software. - Available to work from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Note - Minimum 1 loan case should be done for stipend and company will provide leads .
