As a Lead Consultant (Manager) in People Analytics & Insights at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in leading key HR and business-specific projects globally. You will be responsible for maintaining Mastercard's standards related to human capital, ensuring consistency, and promoting data integrity throughout the organization. Your primary focus will involve supporting large and complex business units, establishing standards, and project managing large-scale operational processes and initiatives. - Collaborate with business unit senior leadership and the HR COE to mine and analyze employee data to make fact-based decisions. - Provide coaching and clear communications to managers and senior management within your aligned business unit. - Project manage initiatives such as BU Talent Review, YE Calibration, data analytics, workforce forecasting, and M&A coordination. To excel in this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree with 7-12 years of experience in Analytics or a related field. - Extensive experience in HR Analytics, expertise in SQL and Excel. - Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI would be beneficial. - Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. - Solid analytic skills, business acumen, and a proactive, innovative approach to problem-solving. - Ability to present findings to senior management, tell compelling stories from data, and adapt to a dynamic environment. As part of your corporate security responsibility, you must adhere to Mastercard's security policies, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.
