Company:Qualcomm India Private LimitedJob Area:Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software EngineeringGeneral Summary:Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of multi-processor, multi-threaded system, inter-process and inter-processor communication.High level OS concepts (Threads, Synchronization, Memory Management etc).Competent in C/C++ programmingAbility to understand the feature/product requirements and ramp up quickly on any technology to serve the need.Good verbal and written communication skills.Hand on multiple embedded OS like QNX, Linux, Ubuntu, Android NDK is preferred Responsibilities:Applies Software knowledge to assist and support the design, development, creation, modification, and validation of embedded software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs.Analyzes user needs and software requirements, Design and implements small software features for products and systems.Participates in the design, coding for small features, unit testing, minor debugging fixes, and integration efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule.Minimum Qualifications:•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
