Key Responsibilities
- Close the leads and actively pursue new business opportunities in modular kitchens and interiors.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present customized design solutions.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, material options, and cost estimates to clients.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and share insights with management.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in modular kitchen/interior sales.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and modular interior solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle clients independently and deliver professional solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or interior visualization tools is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
