Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute design ideas for marketing, presentations, and digital platforms. Research: Explore design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance visual communication to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and identify opportunities for innovative design approaches in line with current industry practices. Implementation: Work on refining design concepts by creating digital mockups, prototypes, and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:You'll work on creating illustrations, setting up visual design and art direction for high-end digital products, marketing and advertising communications. You'll weave images, iconography, typography, colour, space and technology to delight users with the design that excites and engages, and if you know a little bit of motion graphics, you've just jumped the queue

You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, project managers — and maybe even a civil servant. It could be a presentation for a government project, a visual story about modular hospitals, a site signage system, a brochure for prefab housing, or something entirely new — but at the heart of it all will be bold, purposeful design that communicates impactful ideas and builds the future of infrastructure. You'll work on exciting internal digital product ideas, experiment with new tools and learn things your last job never gave you the time for.

Activities and Tasks Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:Graphic Design: Creating and designing visual content for a variety of digital and print media, including but not limited to books, reports, infographics, social media graphics, event collateral, presentations, and advertisements. Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all design work aligns with Modulus Housing's brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all channels.

Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the design team, engineering team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on design briefs. Concept Development: Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative design ideas that drive engagement and resonate with the target audience. Visual Assets Management: Maintaining a well-organised library of visual assets, including images, icons, and templates for easy access and utilisation by the team.

Design Software Proficiency: Utilizing industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and other visual content. Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough reviews, including proofreading, to ensure that all design work meets quality standards and is error-free. Deadline Management: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with team members about project status.

Trends and Innovation: Staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design skills and creativity. Providing support to other Modulus Housing activities including academics, research, training, practice, operations and others. Qualifications:Proven experience (1-2 years) in Graphics Designing & implementation.

If you are a self-starter, we would love to talk Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree. Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Ability to handle expectations of multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively. Strong track record of leadership and zeal for social impact. Prior experience working with/at a startup is a plus.
