Site Supervisor Engineer

A Site Supervisor Engineer is a construction professional responsible for overseeing all on -site activities during a project, ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules while maintaining quality standards, managing site personnel, and strictly adhering to safety regulations, all while coordinating with various stakeholders like subcontractors and project managers. Key responsibilities : Project Management: Monitoring construction progress against project timelines and budget. Identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to avoid delays. Ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes. Regularly updating project stakeholders on progress and any challenges. Site Supervision: Managing and supervising on -site construction crews, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with project requirements and deadlines. Conducting regular site inspections to identify safety hazards and quality control issues. Safety Compliance: Enforcing all safety regulations and procedures on site. Conducting safety training for workers and addressing safety concerns immediately. Maintaining detailed safety documentation and incident reports. Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications. Identifying and rectifying any quality issues on site. Performing quality inspections of materials and workmanship. Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining open communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Addressing any conflicts or issues that arise on site promptly. Providing regular updates on project status and potential challenges.Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in construction site supervision. Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Strong communication and problem -solving abilities.
