About the Role :


We are seeking a seasoned Core Project Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end SAP implementations and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have pure project management experience, potentially including Scrum Master responsibilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget.

This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead full lifecycle SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, any functional or technical module) from initiation to closure.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and external vendors.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives (if Agile/Scrum is used).

- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, business users, and technical teams.

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 8 years of project management experience, with at least 8 years in SAP implementations & support.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules and architecture (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.)

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is a plus.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
