Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Thane. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality goods and services. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation
  • Skills in market research, sourcing strategies, and cost analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics planning
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
