Customer Support Executive Department:
Lead Registration
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls daily
to prospective clients using company-provided data. Explain the company's
educational services and offerings to potential leads. Analyze and review incoming lead data for accuracy and completeness. Verify details of prospective leads generated by the marketing team. Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure lead quality and flow. Allocate verified leads to appropriate counselors for further follow-up. Handle communication with international clients as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to engage and build rapport over phone calls. Basic data analysis and organizational skills. Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in customer support or a related role is a Mandatory
