Job Purpose:
Lead external stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring strong relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Oversee compliance, mitigate risks, and integrate feedback to facilitate smooth project execution.
ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management:
- Manage engagement with project stakeholders including local authorities, statutory and non-statutory bodies (environmental and technical organizations), industry, business, landowners, communities, NHAI, District Magistrate (DM), Collector, and other relevant parties.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the project's overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.
- Ensure establishment and maintenance of strong working relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Arrange and lead stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination with technical team members.
- Ensure timely feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams, and facilitate resolution within agreed timelines.
Reporting and Communication:
- Attend critical client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops, and other relevant sessions.
- Provide regular updates and input for weekly and monthly reports to the Site Lead - Stakeholder.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to higher management and stakeholders as required.
Compliance and Risk Mitigation:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain awareness of local laws and regulations affecting project operations.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with stakeholder relations and engagement.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate stakeholder feedback into project planning and execution processes.
