The Role

This isn't a "follow-the-brief" job. You'll be
creating, experimenting, and defining visual language

across everything the brand touches. From campaigns to activations, packaging to social, events to

experiences -
you own the way our brands feel
.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Make our brands recognisable at first glance, anywhere.
• Translate ideas into visuals that cut through clutter.
• Take a vague concept and turn it into a visual experience.
• Challenge the ordinary and push creative boundaries.

You'll be
the visual storyteller for brands that move, connect, and excite
, and no two days will

ever be the same.

What You'll Do

• Build and evolve the visual identity of both brands across packaging, activations, events,

campaigns, social, and beyond.

• Work closely with marketing, content, and on-trade teams to turn strategy into visual magic.
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end: concept → execution → delivery.
• Design for
  all touchpoints
  — print, digital, motion, POSM, events, merch, and experiences.
• Suggest new creative directions, formats, or ideas - nothing is off-limits.
• Ensure every design communicates the brand personality, whether premium, playful, or

aspirational.

What You'll Bring

• Strong proficiency in
  industry-standard design and creative tools
• Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is expected, but knowledge of
Figma, Canva, After

Effects, motion graphics, 3D tools, or other creative software
is a big plus.

• Ability to design across
  all formats
• digital, print, packaging, social media, experiential

activations, and more.

• V
  ideography knowledge
  is a bonus - shooting, framing, or editing short-form content.
• Experience in branding, lifestyle, or FMCG design, alcohol experience is a bonus -

but your
skills and ability to deliver exceptional visuals matter most
.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment where briefs can be loose and

ownership is key.
