Voroth AI Co-Pilot offers advanced Audio-Visual AI that monitors competitor actions and captures dealer sentiments in traditional/modern trade environments. Our innovative solution helps businesses address market share challenges by enabling rapid response actions—restocking, pricing adjustments, promotions, and rerouting—within minutes. We close critical visibility gaps and enhance operational efficiency for trade execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Researcher at Voroth AI, you will play a key role in building and strengthening our AI-driven product. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct applied research in computer vision, audio analysis, and multimodal AI to improve robustness and accuracy of the Voroth AI Co-Pilot.
  • Design, prototype, and evaluate algorithms that enhance real-time monitoring, dealer sentiment analysis, and competitor tracking.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate research outcomes into deployable features.
  • Investigate model robustness, scalability, and reliability in real-world trade environments.
  • Benchmark existing solutions and identify state-of-the-art approaches that can be adapted to Voroth AI's product.
  • Work with large-scale datasets (audio, video, multimodal) for training, validation, and continuous model improvement.
  • Publish internal research reports, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Ensure ethical AI practices, focusing on transparency, fairness, and responsible deployment.

Qualification:

  • Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong research background in computer vision, speech/audio processing, or multimodal AI.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale model training, optimization, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of model robustness, interpretability, and performance evaluation in real-world conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work in fast-paced, applied research environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience in applied research for commercial AI products.
  • Familiarity with edge AI, real-time inference, and optimization techniques.
  • Prior work with reinforcement learning or adaptive decision-making models.
  • Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary teams (engineering, product, business).
