Role Overview:

As a
Web Developer
at Lokpriy, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance websites and applications. You will collaborate with a creative and technical team to deliver user-centric solutions that drive results. We're seeking someone who is skilled in modern web technologies, with a passion for innovation and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Conduct security audits and implement measures to maintain site security.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to implement A/B testing and improve user engagement.
  • Create custom solutions, including plugin and theme development for WordPress, and build custom JS components.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and sprint planning in an Agile environment.
  • Manage e-commerce sites, ensuring smooth integration with payment gateways and APIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in web development to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Web Developer.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, and WordPress.
  • Experience with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Shopify.
  • Expertise in front-end development with a focus on responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with CMS & e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
  • Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, AJAX, and REST APIs.
  • Proven experience in improving site performance, with measurable impact (e.g., increased speed, engagement).
  • Experience with security protocols such as SSL, vulnerability audits, and site hardening.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering excellent user experiences.
  • Comfortable with collaboration tools like Git, Jira, and Slack.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
