Role Description

We are hiring Performance Testing professionals with expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Responsibilities include analyzing system performance, creating and executing performance test scripts, identifying system bottlenecks, and providing actionable performance recommendations. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability under load conditions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Performance Testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities for assessing system performance metrics
  • Experience in Performance Management, including identifying and resolving bottlenecks
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in scripting and performance monitoring tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced on-site environment
