Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Project Manager role located in Bhubaneswar at Imperial Skyline Projects Pvt Ltd. The Senior Project Manager for Industrial projects at Jupiter Wagon Wheels' upcoming site in Khordha:

Project Manager (Industrial Projects)

Location: Khordha, Odisha (for upcoming site of Jupiter Wagon Wheels)

Job Type: Full-time

Contract Value: 200 crores

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of industrial projects at our upcoming site in Khordha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from site preparation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

2. Team Management:

- Build and lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and laborers.

- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.

3. Site Preparation and Construction:

- Oversee surface leveling, grading, and site clearance.

- Manage construction of boundary walls, roads, and foundations for PEB structures and machinery.

4. Resource Mobilization:

- Mobilize laborers, equipment, and materials as needed.

- Ensure efficient utilization of resources.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

6. Quality and Safety:

- Implement and maintain quality control processes.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing industrial construction projects.

2. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

3. Skills:

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

4. Relevant Experience: Experience in managing large-scale industrial projects, preferably in the manufacturing or infrastructure sector.
