Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Manage floor operations, staff allocation, and customer flow.
  • Ensure strong customer service and handle on-floor customer queries.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, product display, and store hygiene.
  • Monitor stock availability on the floor and coordinate replenishment.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of up to 10 staff members.
  • Train staff on selling skills, product knowledge, and customer handling.
  • Support in achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain floor discipline, billing support, and smooth store functioning.
  • Coordinate with store manager for reporting and operational updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
