We are seeking a skilled ASP.NET Developer responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, reports, and letter templates. The ideal candidate will manage feature versioning, ensure high-quality code, and provide technical support to end users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

ASP.NET Development:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET (Web Forms/MVC/Core).
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.

Report Development:

  • Design and develop reports using Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements.

Letter Template Design (HTML):

  • Create and maintain HTML-based letter/email templates.
  • Ensure consistent branding and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement dynamic placeholders for system-generated content.

Versioning and Feature Management:

  • Manage code versioning using Git or similar tools.
  • Maintain proper documentation of changes and deployments
  • Participate in code reviews and release management.

Technical Support:

  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for end users and in-house teams.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Collaborate with QA and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
