We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PPC Executive with 2–4 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in generating leads, increasing online visibility, and delivering a strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers for effective visual creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets across multiple campaigns to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Regularly implement A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and web development teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for internal and client reviews.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Solid grasp of campaign performance metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Quality Score.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering error-free campaigns and reports.
