Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot property photos and videos using a mobile phone, ensuring high quality through

    strong attention to lighting, framing, and camera angles.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging real estate videos using color correction, transitions, text overlays, and basic motion graphics.
  • Design simple, visually appealing thumbnails, social media posts, and on-screen graphics aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure quick turnaround and consistent quality across all video content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing or content creation, preferably in the

    real estate, architecture, or property marketing sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a good eye for visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of social media trends and video formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Portfolio of real estate or property-related video content.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing content strategies.
  • Ability to operate gimbals, stabilizers, or other basic video gear (if available).
