We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee our Passive Cabling and IT Networking projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cabling installations, network infrastructure projects, and a strong understanding of IT networking principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee passive cabling and IT networking projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cabling and network installation.

Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Facilitate training and support for end-users on newly implemented systems and infrastructure.

Maintain documentation related to project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing passive cabling and IT networking projects.

Strong understanding of cabling standards (e.g., TIA/EIA) and network architecture.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with structured cabling systems (fiber optic, copper).

Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet).

Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in cabling and IT networking.
