We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant - Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Blue Yonder ESP Senior Consultant to join our growing supply chain solutions team. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and supporting Blue Yonder's Enterprise Supply Planning solution for clients across industries. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and managers to deliver value through intelligent supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure and support Blue Yonder Supply Planning modules.

• Analyze client's supply chain requirements to design tailored solutions.

• Engage with client leadership to define supply planning strategies and translate them into system capabilities.

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and user training.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders.

• Guide a team of consultants and coordinate with development, testing, and data integration teams.

• Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Assist in data migration, validation, and cleansing for supply planning systems.

• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.

• Provide support during upgrades, deployments, and post-production.

• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Blue Yonder Supply Planning implementation/support.

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes: Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning.

• Experience in configuration, functional documentation, and user training.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in client management and business development.

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science).

• Blue Yonder ESP certification (mandatory or strongly preferred).
