Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps infrastructure using Kubernetes and containerization tools.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices across the SDLC.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and observability.
  • Conduct performance and security testing in production-like environments.
  • Write and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation scripts.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system availability and scalability.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Containerization (Docker/Podman)
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems administration
  • Exposure to performance and/or security testing concepts

Preferred Secondary Skills

Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:

  • DevOps + Python:

  • Strong scripting in Python

  • Experience with infrastructure automation, alerting, and Linux-based environments

  • DevOps + Java:

  • Java-based application deployment and integration with DevOps toolchain

  • Familiarity with performance testing tools and JVM optimization

  • DevOps +

  • Understanding of modern frontend applications and CI/CD for React apps

  • TypeScript and frontend performance/security testing exposure

Education

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
