Business Development Intern
who is eager to learn, connect, and grow in the world of luxury hospitality.

What You'll Actually Do:

  • Talk to people, a lot. Travel agents, corporates, event planners, maybe even someone's cousin planning a wedding.
  • Find and connect with the right guests, partners, and opportunities.
  • Keep track of who we spoke to and when (because memory isn't a CRM).
  • Create pitches, proposals, and presentations that make people say yes.
  • Join in on property tours and make sure visitors leave impressed (and booked).
  • Do a bit of research to spot new opportunities, and share your ideas without hesitation.

You're a fit if you:

  • Love talking to people and building relationships.
  • Can think on your feet and figure things out (Google is your best friend).
  • Have an interest in hospitality, sales, or events.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool.
  • Bring energy, initiative, and ownership.
