Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Record to Report

Responsibilities

Develop rapport with clients/customers and agents based on trust and product knowledge

Engage prospective clients and help determine their insurance needs

Work closely with the underwriting and sales teams to ensure we service each caller's needs

Work with insureds and agents to respond to inquiries such as billing questions, policy changes and coverage inquires

Work with multiple carriers and lines of business across multiple states

Process service request through inbound phone call as well as email and fax request

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Must work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate multiple programs and effectively use on-line resources to complete customers' requests

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field

Ability to self-manage and demonstrate personable accountability as well as effectively collaborate in a team environment

Ability to read and interpret policy screens in the agency management system

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask (Calls and offline cases during available status)

Detail oriented, self-starter, and strong organizational skills

Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and technical skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Must work well in a fast-paced team environment

Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills

Has significant years in customer service experience in P&C domain (Insurance)
