Technology is the engine that drives growth and you would be in the driving seat.Creating scalable architecture, frameworks, best practices, architecture, coding guidelines and ensuring their adherence.8+ years of software development experience with PHP, Laravel, Angular, Node, React, front-end technologies, Flutter, MySQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, CI/CD etc..Working experience on cloud technologiesDeliver software releases in an agile method at regular cadence with enterprise-level quality and performanceCollaborate with peer, product managers, support and field teamsBe hands-on with the product in terms of development, usability, testing (manual & automation), triage, and design aspectsReview and guide team to delivery of high quality, well-written code that is quickly understood and easily supported by others.Participate in project core team meetings to discuss status, risks, and mitigation strategies across delivery teams.Partner with Product Managers and Program Managers to define roadmaps and sprint planning objectives.Implement improvements to key performance indicators that measure team performance against organizational objectives.Provide mentorship to team members and build a strong teamwork cultureAssess the performance of the team and provide feedback regularly

8+ years in management with a strong track recordPrevious experience in Microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, front end technologies etc..Experience in fast-paced startup companies with high-velocity development and growing engineering team rapidlyStrong technical skills with proficient people management skillsStrong experience in Agile methodologyExperience in performance management and running highly productive teamsStrong communications skillsStrong SaaS/Cloud company background required
