Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Chembur, Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities, monitoring industry trends, and preparing detailed sales reports for management review. The Sales Manager will ensure strategies align with the hotel's goals for growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management within the hospitality industry
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research, industry analysis, and sales reporting
- Ability to meet targets, drive revenue growth, and adapt to dynamic industry demands
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Preferred experience in hotel or service industry sales
- Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
