Job Description – Butler (Luxury Jeweller Brand with In-Store Café)

The Butler delivers a premium hospitality experience by attending to clients visiting the jewellery boutique and its in-store café. This role combines personalized guest service with seamless coordination between the café and showroom teams to ensure comfort, discretion, and an elevated brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome clients and escort them to the showroom or café area.
  • Coordinate with café and sales teams to provide timely service and refreshments.
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a relaxed, luxury atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of lounge, café, and client areas.
  • Uphold brand standards, client privacy, and service etiquette at all times.

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality or luxury retail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a customer-focused, polished demeanor. A background in café or fine dining service is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
