Role & responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, networking equipment, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPN connectivity for smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot system, hardware, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, email setups, data backups, and security protocols.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware procurement, AMC, and service support.
  • Ensure cybersecurity compliance and safeguard data integrity.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve technical queries.

  • Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and regular system audits.

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related security equipment.

  • Ensure proper wiring, networking, and integration with monitoring systems.
  • Maintain documentation of installations, service records, and inventory.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 37 years of experience in IT hardware and networking support.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls and system security.
  • Hands-on experience with CCTV and surveillance system management.
  • Problem-solving attitude with ability to support factory operations effectively.
