Position Summary

As the Sr Software Engineer - Agentic AI, you will lead the architecture, coding, integration, and deployment of advanced agentic AI solutions tailored to various industries specifically to the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sector. This role requires deep technical engineering skills combined with domain expertise in biopharma analytics, enabling clients to unlock new levels of automation, insight, and forecasting accuracy.

You will work hands-on with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and data engineering pipelines while collaborating with 's product, data science, and client teams to design and implement robust AI-driven forecasting, analytics, and decision-support solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Solution Engineering: Architect, code, and deploy agentic AI-powered systems, integrating life sciences data in real-world evidence, market dynamics, and internal client datasets.
  • Model Development: Build advanced AI agents in Python, leveraging statistical methods, AI/ML techniques, and automation to support commercial strategy and portfolio planning.
  • Custom AI Workflow Design: Develop and optimize reusable Python-based agent workflows for biopharma & enterprise use cases, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Systems Integration & Data Pipelines: Engineer robust data pipelines to integrate client systems, third-party APIs, and internal datasets into forecasting workflows, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
  • Technical Client Advisory: Serve as the principal technical point of contact for enterprise clients, translating complex AI engineering details into business-relevant insights.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Implement automated monitoring, logging, and retraining frameworks to ensure ongoing model accuracy and stability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 3 to 5+ years hands-on engineering experience in AI/ML solutions
    , data pipelines, or enterprise analytics preferably within biopharma or life sciences.
  • Preferred Qualification:
    Familiarity with Biotech, pharmaceutical, Life sciences use cases & technical complexities in commercial, marketing, marketing ops, medical, patient services or related use cases.
  • Advanced or Expert-level Python programming skills with proficiency in pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with agentic AI platforms and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional and client-facing work.
  • High energy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering scalable, production-ready solutions.
