to head the design and engineering function for large-scale
EPC projects
in mission-critical and high-technology environments such as
data centers
. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in electrical systems design, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex engineering solutions on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to deliver high-quality, technically sound engineering solutions.
  • Oversee the
    design and engineering of power distribution systems
    for mission-critical data centers, including
    medium and high voltage infrastructure
    .
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable
    local and international codes, standards, and best practices
    .
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluate their applicability, and identify associated risks and commercial implications.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Project Management and Controls teams
    to maintain adherence to project schedules and milestones.
  • Coordinate with
    multi-disciplinary engineering teams
    (Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration across all engineering disciplines.
  • Work in partnership with
    Procurement, Contracts, and Construction teams
    to ensure timely availability of technical documentation, drawings, and deliverables.
  • Engage with
    Engineering Consultants
    for technical inputs, design reviews, and approvals on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical Engineering
    (Master's preferred).
  • 18–25 years of relevant experience in
    design and engineering
    for
    EPC projects
    , particularly in
    data centers or similar high-technology facilities
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    electrical distribution systems
    ,
    power quality
    ,
    redundancy
    , and
    reliability requirements
    of mission-critical environments.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities with excellent coordination and communication skills.
