Job Description: Export Executive Experience: Minimum 3 Years with Pharma Export Salary: Best in Industry- 1) Prepare a Performa invoice in Tally and Microsoft Excel. 2) Prepare pre-shipment documents such as an invoice, packing list, COA, etc. 3) Arrange for 3rd party Pre-Shipment inspection and submit the required data to Agency. 4) Take the freight charges from the shipping agent and schedule a vessel. 5) Go for Pre-Shipment inspection at factory site or warehouse along with agency inspector. 6) Follow-up with agency for Result. 7) Stuffing of the container at factory on warehouse as per the prescribe loading format from the customer and send stuffing photo to the Shipment Group. 8) Prepare the ADC and NOC documents and provide other documents for container clearing. 9) Check the shipping bill copy for verification. 10) Giving shipping bill approval. 11) Follow-up for the original BOL or AWB with the shipping agency 12) After receiving the BOL or AWB, prepare the final shipment document and send it to the buyer for approval. 13) After buyer approval and management concern, courier the original documents to the buyer's given address. 14) Prepare the insurance register, update it after every shipment, and communicate with the insurance provider. 15) Prepare a LC or Bill for document collection and get approval from the banker and management. 16) Cargo tracking and update to customer weekly. 17) DHL tracking and update to customer. 18) Submit documents to the bank after each shipment or payment receipt. 19) PC disbursement request and communication with the bank 20) Maintain the PCINR sheet and update it after every transaction. 21) BRC and FIRC documents updated 22) Duty drawback sheet to prepare and update weekly. 23) IES certificate application. 24) Certificate of Origin Application 25) Daily Shipping Bill detail check for DBK and EGM for GST refund. 26) Monthly shipment-wise statement email to ECGC and yearly ECGC renewal document 27) Make special documents for export permits and submit them to the narcotics department for control products. 28) Submit proof of the export document to the narcotics department for control products. 29) Dispatch of samples for registration or any other samples as per request by customer through DHL. 30) Any other work related to the company as instructed by management.
